I am missing an item from my delivery

I haven't received all my items, what should I do?

Firstly, don't worry, there can be a number of reasons for this. We despatch items as soon as they are available, and depending on the items ordered they can come in separate packages at different times. Firstly check your despatch email or despatch note inside the package (despatch notes are not included with finishers medals) as these will indicate what we've said was shipped, if you've had multiple despatch emails on the same day, that typically means we've sent multiple packages.

If the despatch note does not match what's in the package, please just let us know as all package weights are tracked so we will be able to look into what's happened and if it's one of those rare times we've made a mistake (we're really sorry, but we do make them on the odd occasion), just pop us a message including your order number or email address that you placed the order on and post code along with what you have received and what you feel is missing and we will sort it out for you as quickly as we possibly can. Trust us, we're as excited to send you your beautiful products as you are to receive them x
