Can I amend my virtual run or challenge distance?
Yes, absolutely! You can amend your run or challenge at any time assuming that we have places available in the event you wish to switch to (even if it says "Sold out" or "Not open for entries" it's still worth asking the question as we have many member of our community trying to make changes all the time so often we can pair up and swap events). We can also only make changes to your entry if it's within 60 days, after that we can't make changes to your entry. We do advise that any changes are requested as early on as possible as they are very popular, can sell out super quick and we really do not like to disappoint. Once any changes have been made, you will be sent an updated confirmation email.
Can I move my run or challenge to a later event?
Yes you can, you can defer to a later month as long as your entry was less than 60 days ago. Simply send us a message with your order number and confirm the event you wish to defer too and we will amend this for you. Once any changes have been made, you will be sent an updated confirmation email.
