Can I update my delivery address?
Absolutely, providing your order is not already in the despatch process of course.
Just pop us a message across with the email address you signed up with, and the postcode of the current address plus the full delivery address you'd like us to update your delivery to and we can get this changed for you as soon as possible. You'll receive an updated order confirmation once this change has been made.
Can I update my billing address?
Yes we can but not for any current or previous orders only your account for use with future orders. Your billing address is used to process your payment therefore once used on an order it can not be updated. If you'd like us to update your account address pop us a message across with the email address you signed up with, and the postcode of the current address plus the full address you'd like us to update to and we can get this updated for you as soon as possible. Next time you sign in to place an order, your new address will be used.
